“Had previous lumbar spine surgeries. Needed another as neuro symptoms worsened. After some research I decided to see Dr Lars Gardner. I had surgery in November 2025, it was a 2-stage surgery scheduled on 2 days, 2-3 days apart. Had not had this type before but the procedure and reasons for methods made sense. I just wanted to be in less pain and be able to walk easier. By 10-14 days after surgery I did not have pain where I had for 5 years. Actually less pain right after surgery. My walking and general lower body movements were more fluid than they had been in years. Yes, there was post op pain etc. but I am doing better than I have ever done with previous spinal surgeries. So well it is sometimes hard to believe. Dr Lars did a spinal surgery customizing hardware to give my spine some natural curve. It had become too straight. Using his training, his growing knowledge, and mostly his compassion Dr Lars has given me a better life. Absolutely recommend!”
